Today is Maundy Thursday and Celebrating and Fasting takes on a special color. We begin the celebration in the choir of the church and listen to Rumi's final advice, "Show yourself as you are and be as you show yourself. These words resonate with the stories of the last meal Jesus celebrated with his disciples. At festively set tables in the church, we taste the dishes of the Jewish seder meal. We share bread and wine and, of course, there is soup. Finally, together we think of a cause to raise money for.
