Forty days on the road to Easter

The forty days leading up to Easter are a time of simplifying, deepening and sharing. During Lent, you are welcome to join us every Thursday for a short celebration in the church. After the celebration we eat soup and bread and there is room for good conversation. Each week we choose a charity together to support financially. On Maundy Thursday, "Celebrating and Fasting" takes on a special color. In the church we festively set a long table and we commemorate with symbolic dishes the last meal Jesus celebrated with his disciples: bread for the road, something bitter and something sweet. Of course there is also soup and fellowship and we raise money for a charity of our own choosing.

Be welcome. There is no need to sign up.
