This spring there will be four kleaster Saturdays. In the benevolent bed of Nijkleaster, with a celebration in the morning, a vegetarian lunch in the café at noon and a kleaster walk in the afternoon, we delve into a theme together. Registration is required for these Saturdays.
Cost: €35.
Let your life flow in spring and summer

Saturday, Feb. 19
Are you curious about how the seasons can be of help to you? Tjerk Voigt takes us into his experience of living and working in the rhythm of the seasons. In the morning we delve into the workings of spring and summer as a source of help. In the afternoon, inspired by nature, we search for our own unique rhythm in which there is time to sow, grow and harvest ideas and desires.
Supervision: Tjerk Voigt, coach and trainer
Head down with Jonah

Saturday, March 19
Three days Jonah was in the belly of the fish before he was spat back on land. The ancient church saw an Easter story avant la lettre in this. On this kleaster-sneon we delve into the book of the Bible dedicated to Jonah. Among other things, we will use the method of Lectio Divina. Where does the story of Jonah touch our own lives? A day about running away, saying yes and mercy.
Guidance: Saskia Leene, kleaster pastor and Aletta Nieboer, holistic therapist
My living body

Saturday, April 23
Your body is alive and has much to tell you. When you are aware of your body, you feel how it really is with you, you are present in the NOW and you get space for the a/Ather. On this Kleastersneon, Marieke Vinckers, yoga teacher, and Martin Kuipers, musician, take us into our own living body. We will do yoga exercises, listen to music and sing mantras. You can do the yoga exercises on a mat or on a chair; experience with yoga is not necessary.
Of course, we follow the familiar rhythm of kleaster Saturdays with a vegetarian lunch at the café and an afternoon kleasterkuier.
This Saturday could not take place in the fall and has therefore been rescheduled. There is room for new registrations!
From outside in and inside out with the labyrinth

Saturday, May 14
The labyrinth, a winding path that leads you to the center, is an ancient symbol of the path of life. You can walk it in different ways, for example as a walking meditation, with a question or to "untangle" yourself. You circle around the center that is always in sight and that you can experience differently each time: as a turning point, resting point, moment of connection or the place where you are given an answer. A connection from the outside in and from the inside back out. This day we will also literally go from inside to outside and vice versa. We start in the church in Jorwert and walk to a beautiful place. There we will lay a labyrinth together under the care of Gea van Wieren. Then there will be space for everyone to walk the labyrinth.
Guidance: Gea van Wieren, labyrinth worker
