If you wish to use a contribution from the Nijkleaster Compassiefonds, it is important to make that request at least four weeks prior to your stay. Compass Fund

Steps in booking a room at the monastery:

1. Je ziet in de kalender direct al de eerste beschikbare datum
2. Kies het aantal personen. We hebben 1 mindervalidekamer, als je daar gebruik van wilt maken kun je dat bij ‘bijzonderheden’ aangeven; alle ruimten op Klooster Westerhûs zijn rolstoelvriendelijk m.u.v. de binnenkapel en de meditatiezolder
3. Vervolgens kies je het aantal kamers. Er kunnen twee personen op een kamer slapen
4. Vervolgens kies je voor de periode: een weekend, midweek of een week (mocht je voorkeursdatum niet beschikbaar zijn dan is het wellicht gereserveerd voor een Speciaal Programma)
5. Then you will see the first available arrival date
6. You can also check by month which dates are available based on your requirements (persons, period, rooms)
7. Choose add to cart
8. Then choose your reservation
9. Choose order and fill in the requested information. Please check carefully before shipping!
10. If you have booked for two people, and/or you are booking multiple rooms, please provide the names of the other people under details.
11. After completing the reservation/payment you will receive an e-mail message from us within minutes. Please check this e-mail message carefully and contact us if something is wrong or if you did not receive the e-mail (may also be in Spam folder).
12. The reservation is final after payment is made via IDEAL.
