Rates

The rates listed are inclusive of VAT. On October 1, our rates are indexed. If you book before October 1 you will pay the then current price. The reservation is final when you have paid.

Privacy

We maintain the following privacy policy.

Cancellation by the guest

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. This prevents disappointment and helps us guarantee the financing of our activities. Cancellations can be made via reservering@nijkleaster.frl Cancellation is final upon receipt of confirmation.

Cancellation rules

We have the following rules for cancellation:

• 14 days (or earlier) before the booked date: 50% of the booking fee returned
• 14 days (or less) before booked date no refund of booking fee
• in case of cancellation by Nijkleaster - Klooster Westerhûs the amount will be fully refunded
